under the direction of the Game Warden of this State with
the approval of the Commission.

No land or water shall be purchased at a price to exceed
Five Dollars ($5. 00) per acre except where buildings or
cultivated lands deemed necessary to the proper mainte-
nance and administration of game refuges or for game
and fish propagation are included. The Game Warden,
with the approval of the Commission, may expend for the
purchase, or condemnation of lands and waters during any
year such amount from the State Game Protection Fund
as in his opinion can be allotted to that purpose, or as
may be necessary, The limitation of Five Dollars ($5. 00)
an acre shall not apply to land or water acquired by con-
demnation.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 731.

(Senate Bill 585)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
80 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester County, "
sub-title "Cambridge, " sub-heading "Appropriation by
County, " and to add a new section to said Article 10, to
be under sub-title "Taxes, " said new section to be known
as Section 200A and to follow immediately after Section
200 of said Article, increasing the appropriation of Dor-
chester County for the corporate uses of the Town of
Cambridge and providing for an appropriation for the
corporate uses of the Mayor and Council of Hurlock,
the Commissioners of East New Market, the Commis-
sioners of Secretary, and the Commissioners of Vienna.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 80 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Dorchester
County, " sub-title "Cambridge, " sub-heading "Appropria-
tion by County, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

80. The County Commissioners of Dorchester County,
on the first day of October, in each and every year, after
