the passage of this Act, shall pay to the Commissioners of
Cambridge to be used and applied by the said Commission-
ers of Cambridge for the corporate uses of the said town of
Cambridge the sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars
($7, 500. 00) out of the amount that shall be collected by
the county treasurer as county taxes from the taxable
property of, in and payable from the Seventh or Cam-
bridge Election District of Dorchester County, aforesaid,
the first of said payments to be made on the first day of
October, 1946, and the same amount on the first
day of each succeeding first day of October thereafter in
each and every year; provided, however, that this Act
shall not affect or apply to the payment of any sum or
sums of money due at the time of the passage of this Act
from the County Commissioners of Dorchester County to
the Commissioners of Cambridge, or that will be due,
owing and payable by the said County Commissioners to
the said Commissioners of Cambridge on October 1, 1945,
or that may have been levied by the said County Commis-
sioners for the use of the Commissioners of Cambridge
in any year preceding the passage of this Act,, and pro-
vided further, that any and all payments heretofore made
by the County Commissioners of Cambridge be and the
same are hereby ratified and confirmed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section
be and it is hereby added to said Article 10, to be under
sub-title "Taxes", said new section to be known as Section
200A, to follow immediately after Section 200 of said
Article, and to read as follows:

TAXES

200A. The County Commissioners of Dorchester
County, on the first day of October, in each and every year,
shall pay to the Mayor and Council of Hurlock the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500), to the Commissioners of
East New Market the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dol-
lars ($250), to the Commissioners of Secretary the sum
of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250), and to the Com-
missioners of Vienna the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty
Dollars ($250), said sums to be paid out of the amounts
collected as county taxes from the taxable property of, in
and payable from said towns. Said sums shall be used and
applied by the town authorities of said towns for the cor-
porate uses of such towns. The first of said payments shall
be made on the first day of October, 1946. Nothing in this
Act shall affect or apply to the payment of any sum or
sums of money due at the time of the passage of this Act
