CHAPTER 700.
(Senate Bill 648)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 324-369, inclusive, of Article 1
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Justices of
the Peace and Constables, " Sections 324-330, 344, 346,
347 and 350 having been amended by Chapter 153 of the
Acts of the Special Session of 1936, Section 334 having
been amended by Chapter 42 of the Acts of 1941, Section
340 having been amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts
of 1935, Section 355A having been added by Chapter 53
of the Acts of 1931 and Sections 367A-367C having been
added by Chapter 64 of the Acts of 1931, relating to
Justices of the Peace and Constables in Allegany County.

WHEREAS, The provisions of these Sections have been
superseded by the Trial Magistrates System; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 324-369, inclusive, of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables, " Sections 324-330, 344, 346, 347 and 350 having
been amended by Chapter 153 of the Acts of the Special
Session of 1936, Section 334, having been amended by
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 1941, Section 340 having been
amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 1935, Section 355A
having been added by Chapter 53 of the Acts of 1931 and
Sections 367A-367C having been added by Chapter 64 of
the Acts of 1931, relating to Justices of the Peace and
Constables in Allegany County, be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
