Constables, " sub-heading "Fees, " relating to certain fees
to be paid Justices of the Peace and Constables.

WHEREAS, Article 36 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement) provides for
uniform fees; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted Ity the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 376 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, " sub-head-
ing "Fees, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 796-798, inclusive, of Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and
Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore
City, " sub-title "Junk Shop and Second-Hand Stores, "
relating to junk shops and second-hand stores in Balti-
more City.

WHEREAS, Sections 23-25, inclusive, of Article 32 of the
Baltimore City Code (1927 Edition), as amended by Ordin-
ance Number 168 of 1932 and Ordinance Number 245 of
1940 and Ordinance Number 408 of 1941 amply cover the
regulation of junk shops and second-hand stores; there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 796-798, inclusive, of Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Junk Shop and Second Hand Stores, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
