"Allegany County, " sub-title "Grier, " relating to the
compensation of the Court Crier.

WHEREAS, Section 79 of said Article makes provision for
the compensation of all Court House employees; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 125 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Crier, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 23, 1945.

CHAPTER 691.
(Senate Bill 567)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 23-25 of Article 1 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Allegany County, " sub-title "Barton, " relating to the

, election on the proposed charter for the town of Barton
in 1918.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Barton, " be and they are hereby repealed.
