"Allegany County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " relating
to the index of judgment records from 1900-1915,

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section no longer have
any application; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o/Maryland,
That Section 60 of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany County, "
sub-title "Circuit Court, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this, Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 23? 1945.

CHAPTER 689.
(Senate Bill 565)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 3—5, inclusive, of Article 1 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Almshouse, "
relating to binding out minors.

WHEREAS, the State apprenticeship laws have been re-
pealed; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 3—5, ' inclusive, of Article 1 of the Code of
Public Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Almshouse, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 23; 1945.
