WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been
complied with and are no longer applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
T|iat Sections 995, 996 and 999 of Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter
(1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title, "Records, "
be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 23, 1945.

CHAPTER 687.
(Senate Bill 554)

AN ACT. to repeal Section 1036 of Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Stocks, Loans and Finance, " authorizing Baltimore City
to endorse the bonds of the Baltimore and Eastern Shore
Railroad Company.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 1036 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Stocks, Loans
and Finance, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
