"Police Commissioner, " said section relating to the ap-
pointment of additional probation officers.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section have been com-
plied with; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section '919 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland & Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Police Commis-
sioner, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 23, 1945.

CHAPTER 685.

(Senate Bill 552)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 477-481, inclusive, of Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland and
Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore
City, " sub-title "Clerks of the Law Courts of Baltimore
City, " said Sections relating to making copies of certain
indexes and records.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been
complied with and are no longer necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o j Maryland,
That Sections 477-481, inclusive, of Article 4 of. the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Clerks of the Law Courts of Baltimore City, " be and they
are hereby repealed.
