SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 398, 399, 400 and 401 of Article 13, of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables" (Higin-
botham's 1942 laws of Harford County) be repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 681.
(Senate Bill 520)

AN ACT to repeal Section 151 of Article 41 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Governor
—Executive and Administrative Departments, " sub-
title "State Department of Welfare, " said section re-
quiring the Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium Com-
mission to submit annual financial report to the State
Department of Public Welfare.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 151 of Article 41 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Governor—Executive and
Administrative Departments, " sub-title "State Depart-
ment of Public Welfare, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 219 and 220 of the Montgom-
ery County Code (T939 Edition—being Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Turnpike Companies, "
said sections authorizing the County Commissioners of
Montgomery County to subscribe to certain stock of
turnpike companies.
