use and at not less than the stipulated minimum price, and
such wholesaler will likewise agree not to resell the same to
any other wholesaler unless such other wholesaler will make
the same agreement with any wholesaler or retailer to whom
he may resell; or
(2) to any retailer, unless the retailer will agree not to
resell the same except to consumers for use at not less than
the stipulated minimum price.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

(House Bill 200)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
151A of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title
"County Treasurer", as said section was enacted by Chap-
ter 617 of the Acts of 1939, increasing the compensation
. of the counsel to the Treasurer of Baltimore County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 151A of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "County Treasurer", as said section was
enacted by Chapter 617 of the Acts of 1939, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
151A. The present Treasurer of Baltimore County shall im-
mediately after this Act takes effect, and thereafter each suc-
ceeding County Treasurer shall immediately after he takes
the oath of office as Treasurer of Baltimore County, appoint
an Attorney at Law, who shall be a member of the. Baltimore
County Bar and maintain a law office in Towson, who shall
be the legal adviser to the Treasurer, and represent him in all
matters coming before the Courts to which the Treasurer
may be a party, or in which he may have an interest. He shall,
on behalf of the Treasurer, conduct all proceedings by way
of sale, suit or otherwise, to enforce the payment of overdue
and delinquent taxes in Baltimore County, including special
assessments of every kind, and Metropolitan District charges.
The said Counsel to the Treasurer shall receive for his services
the sum of Thirty-five Hundred Dollars ($3, 500. 00) annually,
