CHAPTER 633.
(House Bill 879)

AN ACT to repeal Section 392A of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables", as said section was enacted by Chapter 576 of the
Acts of 1933, and Sections 399A and 399B of said Article,
as said sections were enacted by Chapter 265 of the Acts
of 1935.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary or applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 392A of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables", as
said section was enacted by Chapter 576 of the Acts of 1933,
and Sections 399A and 399B of said Article, as said sections
were enacted by Chapter 265 of the Acts ^ of 1935, be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
486 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition), title
"Baltimore City, " sub-title "Salaries of Clerks of Courts",
increasing the compensation of the Trust Clerk of the Su-
preme Bench of Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 486 of Article 4 of the Code of Public Laws
of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter (1938 Edition),
title "Baltimore City", sub-title ^Salaries of Clerks of Courts",
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows: i
