sections relating to emergency powers granted the County
Commissioners of Baltimore County for unemployment re-
lief from 1933 to 1939.

WHEREAS,, the powers granted by Sections 130A, 130B,
130C, 130E, 130F and 130O of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "County Commissioners", have expired by
the passage of time; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 130A, 130B and 130C of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners", as the
same were enacted by Chapter 56 of the Acts of 1933; Sections
130E and 130F of said Article as the same were enacted by
Chapter 207 of the Acts of 1935 and Section 130G of said Arti-
cle as the same was enacted by Chapter 122 of the Acts of
1937, be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 632.
(House Bill 831)

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 412 of the Acts of 1931, providing
for the laying of a sidewalk on Harford Road in Baltimore
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Act have been executed;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 412 of the Acts of 1931 be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
