pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 123 of the Acts of 1933, relating to
the power of the County Commissioners of Baltimore County
to use bank deposits for the purchase of stock in reorgan-
ized banks.

WHEREAS, the provisions of the aforegoing Act were intended
to meet an emergency situation in 1933 and are no longer
necessary, therefore

SECTION 1. Be U enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 123 of the Acts of 1933 be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
