CHAPTER 628.
(House Bill 692)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 539-542, inclusive, of Article 4 of
the Code of Public. Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore
City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City", sub-title
"Fire", sub-heading "Fire Gongs in Hotels", said sections
relating to fire gongs in hotels or apartment Houses.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are fully covered
by the building code of Baltimore City; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 539-542, inclusive, of Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland and Baltimore City Charter
(1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City7', sub-title "Fire", sub-
heading "Fire Gongs in Hotels", be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 105 of the Acts of 1882, entitled
"An Act to incorporate the Trustees of the Maryland Classis
of the Reformed Church in the United States. "

WHEREAS,, the Maryland Classis of the Reformed Church in
the United States has been superseded by a new organization of
the Evangelical and Reformed Church and has not functioned
since 1940; therefore
