WHEREAS, it has been deemed unnecessary to secure this
information for many years; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 6 of Article 69 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Officers", be and the same is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 623.
(House Bill 261)

AN ACT to repeal the provisions of Sections 1", 178, 179 and
182 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title
"Crier and Bailiffs", relating to the compensation of the
Court Crier and the manner of payment of same.

WHEREAS, Chapter 276 of the Acts of 1939 superseded the
provisions of Sections 1", 178, 179 and 182 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
but did not expressly repeal same; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 1", 178, 179 and 182 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Crier and Bailiffs", be and the
same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.
