CHAPTER 617.
(House Bill 751. )

AN ACT to repeal Section 213 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Evidence".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 213 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "Evidence", be, and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 618.
(House Bill 752)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 296 and 310 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted 'by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 296 and 310 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation", be, and the
same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
