"Baltimore County", sub-title "Schools".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 702 and 703 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Schools", be and the same are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 121, 122, and 123 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Clerk of the Court".

land, That Sections 121, 122, and 123 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Clerk of the Court", be and the same
are hereby repealed.
