SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 763-766, inclusive, of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Towson", be and the same are hereby
repealed. t

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 613.

(House Bill 747)

AN ACT to repeal Section 557 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Railroads and Railways. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 557 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "Railroads and Railways", be and the same is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And lie it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
