SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 461-475, inclusive, of Article 11 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Frederick County", sub-title "Jefferson", be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it farther enacted) That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 611.
(House Bill 704)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-section
(f) of Section 21 of Article 99 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds, Game and In-
land Water Fish", sub-title "Upland and Migratory Game
Birds and Game Animals", relating to shooting of game
birds and game animals.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section (f) of Section 21 of Article 99 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Birds,
Game and Inland Water Fish", sub-title "Upland and Migra-
tory Game Birds and Animals", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

. 21.

(f) It shall be unlawful to shoot or shoot at any game bird
or game animal from an automobile or other vehicle or on or
within 100 yards of any paved public highway of this State or
have in possession in an automobile or other vehicle a loaded
shot-gun or rifle.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
