CHAPTER 580.

(House Bill 550)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 474, 475 and 476 of Article 3'of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Livery Stables", relat-
ing to livery stable liens in Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 474, 475 and 476 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Livery Stables", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 581.
(House Bill 551)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 536, 537, 538, 539, 540 and 541 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Police
and Police Stations".

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 536, 537, 538, 539, 540 and 541 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Police and Police
Stations", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
