CHAPTER 578.
(House Bill 527)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 550-556 and 558-564, inclusive, of
Article 3 of. the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Rail-
roads and Railways", said sections relating to the laying
of certain tracks, grade crossings, etc.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 550-556 and 558-564, inclusive, of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Railroads and Rail-
ways", be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 579.
(House Bill 549)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 362, 363 and 364 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation",
relating to dead carcasses in Baltimore County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of said sections duplicate other pro-
visions of law, therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 362, 363 and 364 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County'', sub-title "Health and Sanitation", be and
the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.
