tices of the Peace and Constables", relating generally to
Justices of the Peace and Constables of Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 392, -393, 394, 395, 396, 396A, 396B, 397,
399, 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408 and 409 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables", be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it farther enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 742A of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Sheriff", as the same was enacted
by Chapter 126 of the Acts of 1931, relating to the retire-
ment and pensioning of the chief deputy sheriff of Baltimore
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 742A of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Sheriff", as the same was enacted by Chap-
ter 126 of the Acts of 1931, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
