. CHAPTER 576.

(House Bill 522)

AN ACT to repeal Sections'189-191, inclusive, of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Eastern Avenue Bridge",
relating to shooting from the Eastern Avenue Bridge.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer nec-
essary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 189-191, inclusive, of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Eastern Avenue Bridge", be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 577.
(House Bill 525)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 73-76, inclusive, of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Catonsville", said sec-
tions relating to livestock, riding horses, etc., under certain
conditions in the village of Catonsville.

WHEREAS,, the provisions of these sections are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 73-76, inclusive, of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Catonsville", be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
