WHEREAS, the bonds referred to in the above section are
no longer outstanding, thereby making this section un-
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 160 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 9. 1945.

CHAPTER 80.
(Senate Bill 142)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 188-194 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Fruit Trees, " re-
lating to certain contagious diseases of fruit trees.

WHEREAS, Sections 80-88 of Article 48 of the Annotated
Code are similar to the provisions of the above-mentioned
sections; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 188-194 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Fruit Trees, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
