WHEREAS, the State Health Laws have superseded the
provisions of this section; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 147 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "County Commissioners, " be and it is
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 9, 1945.

CHAPTER 78.
(Senate Bill 140)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 531-533 of Article 22 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Washington County, " sub-title "Hucksters, " re-
lating to the licensing of hucksters in Washington
County.

WHEREAS, the State-wide law, as contained in Sections
24-33 of Article 56 of the Annotated Code, licensing huck-
sters, makes these sections unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 531-533 of Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Hucksters, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 9, 1945.

CHAPTER 79.

(Senate Bill 141)

AN ACT to repeal Section 160 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "County Commission-
