WHEREAS, the above mentioned sections have no appli-
cation at the present time: therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 87 and 89-93 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Bridges, " be and they
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved February 9? 1945.

CHAPTER 76.
(Senate Bill 127)

AN ACT to repeal Section 136 of Article 22 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "Coal, " as said section
was amended by Chapter 316 of the Acts of 1937, re-
lating to the sale of coal.

WHEREAS, the State-wide law relating to the sale of coal
has superseded the provisions of the local law; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 136 of Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Washington
County, " sub-title "Coal, " as said section was amended by
Chapter 316 of the Acts of 1937, be and it is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945

Approved February 9, 1945.

CHAPTER 77.
(Senate Bill 129)

AN ACT to repeal Section 147 of Article 22 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Washington County, " sub-title "County Commission-
ers, " said section relating to epidemics of cholera, etc.
