(1943 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compensation, "
sub-title "State Accident Fund, " relating to the payment
of the expenses of administering the State Accident
Fund, said section to be codified and known as Section 68
of said Article; to transfer, renumber and codify Section
27 of said Article as Section 16, under a new sub-title
"Expenses of Commission, " and to follow immediately
after Section 15 of said Article; to transfer, renumber
and codify Sections 30-72, inclusive, and 74-80, inclu-
sive, of said Article 101, under sub-titles "Corporate
Insurance, " "Application of Article; Extra-Hazardous
Employments, " "Claims and Compensation; Benefits, "
"Safety Rules, " "Appeals" and "Miscellaneous, " respec-
tively, as Sections 17-67, inclusive, of said Article 101,
to be under same respective sub-titles, and to follow
immediately after Section 16 as numbered herein; to
transfer, renumber and codify Sections 16A-26, inclu-
sive, and Sections 28 and 29, sub-title "State Accident
Fund, " as Sections 69-81, inclusive, of said Article, to
be under the same sub-title and to follow immediately
after Section 68 as numbered herein; and to transfer,
renumber and codify Section 73 of said Article 101, sub-
title "Miscellaneous, " as Section 82 of said Article, under
sub-title "State Accident Fund, " and to follow immedi-
ately after Section 81 as numbered herein.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 27 of Article 101 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Workmen's Compen-
sation, " sub-title "State Accident Fund, " be and it is here-
by transferred to follow immediately after Section 15 of
said Article and shall be numbered and known as Section
16 of said Article.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 30,
31 and 32, sub-title "Corporate Insurance, " Sections 33 to
47, inclusive, sub-title "Application of Article; Extra-Haz-
ardous Employments, " Sections 48 to 66, inclusive, sub-
title "Claims and Compensation; Benefits, " Sections 67,
68 and 69, sub-title "Safety Rules, " Sections 70 and 71, sub-
title "Appeals, " and Sections 72 and 74 to 80, inclusive, sub-
title "Miscellaneous, " all of Article 101 of said Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition and 1943 Supplement),
be and they are hereby transferred to follow immediately
after Section 16 of said Article 101, as numbered herein
and shall be codified and known, respectively, as Sections
17 to 67, inclusive, under their respective sub-titles.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 16 of
said Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
