end of certain streets.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 304 and 305 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Har-
ford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal Section 382 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " said sec-
tion relating to the Sinking Fund of certain bonded
indebtedness of Havre de Grace.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 382 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Havre de Grace, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
