540 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 526

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland^
That Sections 335 and 336 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Har-
ford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved April 5, 1945.

CHAPTER 525.
(Senate Bill 298)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 352-380 of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Harford County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " sub-
heading "Liquor Licenses, " relating to licenses for the
sale of alcoholic beverages in Havre de Grace.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been
superseded by later legislation relating to the sale of alco-
holic beverages; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 352-380 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Havre de Grace, " sub-heading "Liquor
Licenses, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC, 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
