(House Bill 282)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 38 and 39 of Articled of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Baltimore Highlands", relat-
ing to a special levy in Baltimore Highlands and defining
the limits thereof.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 38 and 39 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), are obsolete and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 38 and 39 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Baltimore Highlands", be and the;
same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

(House Bill 283)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 204 and 211 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Election Districts", re-
lating to sub-division of election precincts in Baltimore
County.

WHEREAS, Section 174 of Article 33 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1939 Edition) provides authority of Election
Supervisors to sub-divide election precincts and Sections 204
and 211 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), duplicate this authority in a limited
fashion; therefore
