CHAPTER 488.
(House Bill 280)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 281, 282, 283, 284, 285 and 286
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Fred-
erick Road", relating to a special levy and the uses thereof
in a portion of the First District of Baltimore County.
WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 281, 282, 283, 284, 285
and 286 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land (1930 Edition), are unnecessary and obsolete; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 281, 282, 283, 284, 285 and 286 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore. County", sub-title "Frederick Road",
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 489.
(House Bill 281)
AN ACT to repeal Section 126 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County", sub-title "County Commissioners", relating
to the borrowing of money to meet current expenses of Bal-
timore County.
WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 126 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners", have
been superseded by later provisions and are confusing and
inconsistent with said provisions; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 126 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", be and the same is hereby
repealed.
