SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 204 and 211 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Election Districts", be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 492,
(House Bill 284)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 753, 754, 755 and 756 of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Swine", relating
to swine in Baltimore County.

WHEREAS, Sections 753, 754, 755 and 756 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are
obsolete and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 753, 754, 755 and 756 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Swine", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 493.
(House Bill 285)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 485, 486, 487, 488, 489 and 490
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Live
Stock Running at Large", generally regulating the running
at large of live stock in Baltimore County.
