CHAPTER 486.
(House Bill 276)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 497 and 498 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Middleborough", relat-
ing to a special levy in Middleborough.

WHEREAS, Sections 497 and 498 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are obsolete
and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 497 and 498 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", ^ub-title "Middleborough", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be. it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 487.
(House Bill 279)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325
and 326 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-
title "Health and Sanitation", relating to sewerage systems
outside the limits of the Metropolitan District of Baltimore
County.

WHEREAS, said sections have not been used and are unnec-
essary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324, 325 and 326
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Health and Sanitation",
be and the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That tin's Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
