No holder of any such license shall be permitted to make any
sale of any alcoholic beverage on Sunday, nor on any other day
between the hours of midnight and 6 A. M. and between the
hours of 6 A. M. and 2 A. M. in Baltimore County and between
the hours of 1 A. M. and 6 A. M. in Baltimore City. Provided,
however, the holder of such a license in Howard County shall
be permitted to sell beer daily between the hours of 6 A. M. and
1 A. M., except in the Fourth District where the opening hour
for the sale of beer on Sunday shall be 1 P. M.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of the public health and safety and having:
been passed upon by yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 197, 198, 203, 205, 210 and 212 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Elec-
tion Districts", relating to transfer of voters on registra-
tion books from one district to another.
WHEREAS, at the time of realignment of election districts in
Baltimore County it was necessary to provide for transfer of
the registration of voters changed from one district to another,
and said provisions made by Sections 197, 198, 203, 205, 210
and 212 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title
"Election Districts", have been fully executed and are no
longer necessary; therefore
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 197, 198, 203, 205, 210 and 212 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Election Districts",
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.
