SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 106 of Article 21 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Conveyancing", sub-title "De-
fective Conveyances", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 65.

(Senate Bill 49)

AN ACT to repeal Section 5 of Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Justices of the
Peace", sub-title "New Election Districts and New Wards of
Baltimore City", said section providing for the appointment
of two Justices of the Peace for each new election district
in the Counties and for each additional ward in Baltimore
City.

WHEREAS, the general law creating the Trial Magistrates'
System and the Local Laws of Baltimore City make the provi-
sions of this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 5 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-
title "New Election Districts and New Wards of Baltimore
City", be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 9 of
Article 66A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edi-
tion), title "Moving Pictures", relating to the time when the
Maryland State Board of Censors shall submit its report.
