50 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 67

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 9 of Article 66A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), title "Moving Pictures", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

9. The Board shall report, in writing, annually, to the
Governor, on or before the first day of September of each year.
The report shall show:

1. A record of its meetings, and a summary of its proceed-
ings during the year immediately preceding the date of the
report.

2. The results of all examinations of films or views.

3. A detailed statement of all prosecutions for violations of
this Article.

4. A detailed and itemized statement of all the incomes and
expenditures made by or in behalf of the Board.

5. Such other information as the Board may deem necessary
or useful in explanation of the operations of the Board.

6. Such other information as shall be requested by the
Governor.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 67.

(Senate Bill 54)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
13 of Article 62 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1943
Supplement), title "Marriages", prescribing the time within
which a marriage license shall be valid for use.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 13 of Article 62 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1943 Supplement), title "Marriages", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:

13. Such license, if produced within six (6) months after
it is issued, shall be full authority to any minister or other
person authorized to marry receiving the same to proceed
with the marriage of the parties named therein; provided,
that should any minister or other person marry persons
without such license he shall on conviction thereof be fined
not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hun-
