The, hours during which the privileges conferred by such a
license may be exercised shall be from 6 A. M. to 2 A. M. on
the day following and on every day except the day of any
general, special or primary election, and in the City of Annap-
olis the hours shall be fixed by the Mayor, Counsellor and
Aldermen of the City of Annapolis, except in Washington
County where only beverages not exceeding fourteen per
centum (14%) of alcohol by volume shall be sold on Sunday.
In Prince George's County the holder of such license shall not
be permitted to sell on Sunday any alcoholic beverage con-
taining more than fourteen per centum (14%) of alcohol by
volume.

("On Sale" Liquor, Wine and Beer Licenses for Hotels in
Cecil County. ) Bona fide hotels complying with the general
provisions and regulations of this Act and on payment of an
annual license fee of Three Hundred and. Fifty Dollars
($350. 00), shall be entitled to serve liquors, wines and beers
between the hours of 7 A. M. and 12 o'clock midnight, but no
sale of liquors shall exceed one quart and no sales shall be
made at bars or counters.

D. (Beer, Wine and Liquor License, Class D (On Sale) —
Taverns in Baltimore City, North Beach, Chesapeake Beach
and in Baltimore and Howard Counties. ) In Baltimore City
and in Baltimore, Calvert and Howard Counties, the Clerk of
the Court of Common Pleas of said City, if the place of busi-
ness is located in said City, or the Clerk of the Circuit Court
for said Counties, if the place of business is located in either of
said Counties, shall be authorized to issue beer, wine and
liquor licenses, Class D, which shall authorize the holder
thereof to keep for sale and sell all alcoholic beverages at retail
at the place therein described for consumption on the premises
or elsewhere, provided that no license shall be issued for any
place in Calvert County lying without the corporate limits of
the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach respectively.
The annual fee for such license shall be Five Hundred Dollars
($500. 00) in Baltimore City and in Baltimore County and
Four Hundred Dollars ($400. 00) in the towns of North Beach
and Chesapeake Beach and Three Hundred Dollars ($300. 00)
in Howard County, and shall be payable to the said Clerk,
before any license is issued, for distribution as hereinafter
provided. No such license shall be issued for any drug store.

No holder of any such license shall be permitted to make
any sale of any alcoholic beverage on Sunday, nor on any other
day between the hours of midnight and 6 A. M. and between
the hours of 2 A. M. and 6 A. M. in Baltimore County and
between the hours of, 1 Al M. and 6 A. M. in Baltimore
City. Provided, however, the holder of such a license in How-
ard County shall be permitted to sell beer d^ily between the
