484 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 480

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 516, 517, 518, 519 and 520 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Overlea", be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 479.
(House Bill 272)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 214 and 215 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Evidence", relating to
publication of Offutt's Code and the numbering of Code
sections.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 214 and 215 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edi-
tion), have been executed and are now obsolete, therefore

SECTION 1: Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 214 and 215 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Evidence", be and the same are here-
by repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 480.
(Souse Bill 274)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 287, 288, 289, 290, 291 and 292
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Frank-
lin", relating to enclosure and construction of streets in
Franklin.
