(House Bill 270)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 494 and 495 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Monumental", relating
to a special levy in Monumental.

WHEREAS, Sections 494 and 495 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are obsolete
and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 494 and 495 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Bal-
timore County", sub-title "Monumental", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 478.
(House Bill 371)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 516; 517, '518, 519 and 520 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Over-
lea", relating to a special levy in Overlea.

WHEREAS, Sections 516, 517, 518, 519 and 520 of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
