CHAPTER 475.

(House Bill 268)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 509, 510 and 511 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Notaries Public", re-
lating to the appointment of notaries public in Baltimore
County.

WHEREAS, Sections 509, 510 and 511 are now covered by the
general provisions of Article 68 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1939 Edition), and are no longer necessary, there-
fore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 509, 510 and 511 of Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Notaries Public", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it farther enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 476.
(House Bill 269)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 411 through 473, inclusive, of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Liquor
and Intoxicating Drinks", relating generally to local con-
trol and licensing of the alcoholic beverag6 trade in Balti-
more County.

WHEREAS, Sections 411 through 473, inclusive, of Article 3
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
have been superseded by the general provisions of Article 2B
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Edition), and are
no longer effective, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 411 through 473, inclusive, of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
