CHAPTER 473.
(House Bill 266)

AN ACT to repeal Section 154 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "County Treasurer", relating to
provisions for change of the fiscal year.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 154 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) are
obsolete, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 154 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "County Treasurer", be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 474.
(House Bill 267)

AN ACT to repeal Section 183 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Deer", relating to the shooting of
deer in Baltimore County.

WHEREAS, Section 183 of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore
County", sub-title "Deer", covers provisions made by the
General Game Laws of the State which should control, rather
than the Local Law, in order to avoid confusion, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 183 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "Deer", be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
