CHAPTER 471.
(House Bill 263)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 763, 764, 765 and 766 of Article
3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Baltimore County'', sub-title "Towson", re-
lating to stock running at large in Towson.

WHEREAS, Sections 763, 764, 765 and 766 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), are
obsolete and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 763, 764, 765 and 766 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "Towson", be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.

CHAPTER 472.
(House Bill 265)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 184, 185, 186, 187 and 188 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Eastern
Avenue", relating to the paving of Eastern Avenue and the
laying of railroad tracks therein.

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 184, 185, 186, 187 and
188 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), have either been executed or been superseded
by the creation of Eastern Avenue as a State road, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 184, 185, 186, 187 and 188 of Article 3 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Eastern Avenue", be and
the same are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.
