WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 141 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Baltimore County", sub-title "County Commissioners", are
obsolete, therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 141 of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Baltimore County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", be and the same is hereby
repealed,

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, Thai this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 470.
(House Bill 262)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 778 and 779 of Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Baltimore County", sub-title "Twelfth District", relat-
ing to horseshoeing in the Twelfth District in Baltimore
County.

WHEREAS, Sections 778 and 779 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition) are obsolete
and unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 778 and 779 of Article 3 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Balti-
more County", sub-title "Twelfth District", be and the same
are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1945.
