AN ACT to repeal Sections 648-655, inclusive, of Article 4
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland & Balti-
more City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore
City, " sub-title "Gaugers of Casks and Liquors, " relating
to licenses for gaugers of casks and liquors.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section are no longer
applicable; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 648-655, inclusive, of Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland & Baltimore City. Char-
ter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title
"Gaugers of Casks and Liquors, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly o j Maryland,

sub-title "Friendsville, " be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
