CHAPTER 425.
(Senate Bill 457)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 529-532 of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland & Baltimore City
Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-
title "Fines and Forfeitures, " relating to division of
certain fines imposed in the Criminal Court.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections are no longer
followed; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 529-532 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland & Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Fines and For-
feitures, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 426.

(Senate Bill 458)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 448 and 449 of Article 4 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland & Baltimore
City Charter (1938 Edition), title "Baltimore City, "
sub-title "Criminal Court of Baltimore, " relating to
Assistant Counsel to the State's Attorney.

WHEREAS, Article 10 of the State Code provides for the
appointment of Assistant Counsel for the State when
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 529-532 of Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland & Baltimore City Charter (1938
Edition), title "Baltimore City, " sub-title "Criminal Court
of Baltimore, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
