WHEREAS, Section 14 of Article 25 of the State Code
authorizes the County Commissioners of the several
counties to build bridges, thereby making the provisions
of this section unnecessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 48 of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Garrett County, "
sub-title "Bridges, " be and it is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 413.
(Senate Bill 406)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 68-71, inclusive, of Article 1
of the Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Allegany County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-
heading "Practice Act, " said sections relating to cases
pending in the Circuit Court for Allegany County in
1874 at the time of the formation of Garrett County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections no longer
have any application; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 68-71, inclusive, of Article 1 of the Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Allegany
County, " sub-title "Circuit Court, " sub-heading "Practice
Act, " be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act
