SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

(Senate Bill 312)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 432-437, inclusive, of Article 13
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Harford County, " sub-title "Register of
Wills, " relating to the filing and indexing of records in
the office of the Register of Wills of Harford County.

WHEREAS, these sections have no application at the
present time; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 432-437, inclusive, of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Register of Wills, " be and
they are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 398.
(Senate Bill 322)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 58, 59 and 61 of Article 17 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1939 Ed. ), title "Clerks
of Courts, " sub-title "Clerks of Circuit Courts, " and to
enact in lieu thereof a new Section, to be known as Sec-
tion 58, and to follow immediately after Section 57 of
said Article, providing for the bonds of the clerks of the
circuit courts of the counties.
