CHAPTER 395.
(Senate Bill 310)

AN ACT to repeal Section 490 of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Veterinary Medicine, " said
Section relating to a certain person entitled to a license
to practice veterinary medicine in Harford County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 490 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Veterinary Medicine, " be and it is hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 2, And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER 396.
(Senate Bill 311)

AN ACT to repeal Section 495 of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Saving Clause, " said Sec-
tion relating to Chapter 680 of the Acts of 1916.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are no longer
necessary; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
