CHAPTER 393.
(Senate Bill 308)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 440-442, inclusive, of Article
13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Harford County, " sub-title "Roads, "
relating to the survey of certain roads in Harford
County.

WHEREAS, these sections are no longer necessary; there-
fore

SECTION 1., Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 440-442, inclusive, of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Roads, " be and they are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

Approved March 29, 1945.

CHAPTER, 394.
(Senate Bill 309)

AN ACT to repeal Section 488 of Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Taxes and County Treas-
urer, " said Section relating to the repeal of certain
inconsistent laws.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this Section are unnecessary;
therefore
