CHAPTER 389.
(Senate Bill 302)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 398-400 of Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Harford County, " sub-title "Hucksters, " said sec-
tions relating to licensing of hucksters in Harford
County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of these sections have been
superseded by later legislation; therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 398-400 of Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford
County, " sub-title "Hucksters, " be and they are hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be, it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.

CHAPTER 390.
(Senate Bill 303)

AN ACT to repeal Section 401 of Article 13 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Harford County, " sub-title "Justices of the Peace and
Constables, " said section relating to the number of Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables in Harford County.

WHEREAS, the provisions of this section have been super-
seded by the law creating the Trial Magistrates' System;
therefore

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 401 of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Harford County, "
sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables, " be and it
is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1945.
